As the Operations Director, Erin oversees the internal logistics of the program. This includes the oversight of the warehouse, gear and food. She also manages and supports the assistant operations director, logistics operators, and field support coordinators. Erin ensures all company equipment and property is maintained appropriately, including; the vehicle fleet, communications systems and field gear. Her leadership is characterized by a deep understanding of wilderness safety, outdoor education and a desire to facilitate transformative experiences for participants.

With a background rooted in field guiding for several years and a profound connection to nature nurtured by her upbringing on the Northern California coast, Erin brings a unique blend of experience and passion to her role.
