Evoke Therapy Programs is looking for a Primary Field Therapist for its wilderness therapy program located in Santa Clara, UT. Evoke provides personalized help for those struggling with mental health, anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, common stage-of-life challenges and family turmoil. Our trauma informed Attachment approach of whole-health treatment provides participants an experience to learn, grow and evoke their own inner wisdom. Position Summary

Evoke is looking for skilled and experienced mental health therapists with Master’s or Ph.D. level degrees.

Essential Responsibilities

As an Evoke Primary Field Therapist you work with an average of 7-9 adolescents or young adult clients a week providing individualized and group therapy in the outdoor setting. You work closely with your Field Guide team ensuring individualized treatment plans are executed. You also provide weekly phone consultation to the client’s family and their referring professionals.

Required Experience

An Evoke Primary Field Therapist will have at least 2 years of therapy experience working with adolescents or young adults.

Education

An Evoke Primary Field Therapist must be a licensed psychologist, a licensed clinical social worker, a licensed professional counselor, or a licensed marriage and family counselor.

Equivalent experience will not be accepted in place of required education.

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed in the State of Utah.

Essential Competencies

You must have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to function safely in a wilderness setting. Having a sense of adventure and being a team player are also key qualities for a Primary Field therapist.
