Jordan W. Pope grew up in Vallejo, California. Growing up in a large family of 15 siblings, with two being born with special needs and three being adopted from Ethiopia, Jordan learned a strong work ethic and developed cultural and caregiving sensitivities. In 2013, he graduated from William Jessup University, earning a B.A. in Business Administration & Christian Theology. After graduating, Jordan launched a career as a professional music recording artist and is still an active musician. He has worked at several mental health crisis and drug & alcohol rehabilitation centers in Malibu and Calabasas, California from 2016 to 2019 as a counselor and meditation leader. In 2019, Jordan decided to pursue his Ph.D. in Clinical and Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California, where he serves as a liaison on behalf of the student cohort. Jordan currently works as a co-facilitator, host and mindfulness facilitator for Evoke Therapy Programs’ Intensives.
