Senior Field Instructor
Isaac’s role as a Senior Field Instructor is to ensure a physically and emotionally safe environment rich in opportunities to share, express, think, and learn. Isaac encourages sustainable living through introspection, acknowledgment, and healthy self-expression. Growing up in South Texas, Isaac was able to form his own morals and values through hunting, fishing, and recreating. Isaac helps individuals develop important values such as efficacy, expression, and integrity through accountability and empowerment.
After earning a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 2016, Isaac continued to acquire skills and tools to give away to others and develop personally. Working with youth and young adults in various outdoor settings since then, Isaac has made it his personal mission to develop a more whole sense of self alongside others. He one day aspires to give back to his community he grew up in by starting his own wilderness alternative juvenile justice program.
Isaac enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf, making music/art, shooting, hunting, and crafting knives.
