Senior Field Instructor
While Caroline is still not entirely sure where she’ll go in life, she certainly knows how she’s going to live it. From college soccer, to making music videos, to work in environmental outreach, Caroline does everything with as much investment as she possibly can. This fiery passion for life and its winding paths is what brought her to Utah, and it’s what sustains her through the long summer days and cold winter nights. Through the triumphs and challenges of the field, it is her mission to spread that zest for life to the students around her. She believes it is through vulnerability and playfulness that the best connection is made.
Caroline graduated with a degree in Environmental Policy and a minor in Writing from Washington University in St. Louis. At WashU, she was a four-year member of the National Championship winning women’s soccer team. It is through sport and competition that Caroline has learned many of her values such as determination, loyalty, and the value of play.
Every day, Caroline is inspired by the vastness and unpredictability of the wilderness. With further inquiries into yoga from a trauma informed lens, Caroline believes accessible movement is healing. She finds comfort in words, laughter, and exploration. She knows that every new, strange, wonderful experience is a gift and an opportunity to live fully, and so she tries to miss as few as possible. Working for Evoke is one of those gifts, and it’s one that she doesn’t intend to waste.
