Amber began working with youth in different aspects of the mental health field starting in 1998. She focused primarily on residential treatment for 15 years and began transporting adolescents for a private company in 2004. She spent over a decade traveling the U.S. helping parents with the first obstacle in their child's journey in therapeutic treatment. She took four years off to try her hand at restaurant management, but found that she missed working with adolescents and returned to a private transport company as well as coming to Evoke in February of 2019 as a Transporter/Logistics Operator.
Amber grew up in northern Utah and Idaho spending her formative years enjoying activities such as basketball and softball. She also focused some of her time in band and choir throughout junior high and high school.
In her free time, Amber spends time with her family and friends enjoying various activities. She is also the mom to a cute four-legged fur baby named Gibbs that she rescued from an animal shelter in St. George after he was found running around a parking lot when he had escaped from his foster home. Amber still wonders who rescued whom.
