She has worked as a Primary Therapist, Clinical Program Director, and Parent and Family Coach in a variety of clinical settings including wilderness and residential treatment programs. She enjoys integrating experiential activities into her coaching sessions and has a creative approach to helping clients access different parts of themselves, bringing to life what is often difficult to put into words.
Liz is naturally direct and compassionate and brings a relatable approach to the coaching process. One of her many strengths resides in the way she helps clients rediscover their strengths, joy, inner wisdom, and find clarity during times of pain, stress, and uncertainty. Liz is playful, adventurous, and curious at heart, and she is a strong believer in “walking the talk,” knowing that working on herself is one of the greatest gifts she can give to others. During the coaching process, Liz seeks to create a space where individuals, parents, and families find the courage to share the emotional truth of their life experiences.
Liz loves a good challenge, especially when it comes to long-distance running. To Liz, each run reveals a new layer of what she’s capable of and helps her tap into her own inner power. She recently completed her 11th 100-mile trail race and is already planning her next one! When Liz isn’t playing outside, you can find her reading, practicing hot yoga, baking some sweet treats, and planning her next great adventure with her husband. Liz is a proud native of New England, however, currently resides in Asheville, North Carolina.
