Evoke Cascades ( is a leader in Wilderness Therapy for adolescents and young adults located in Bend, Oregon. We are seeking a full-time experienced individual with five years of clinical therapy experience working with adolescents or young adults and prefer two years of management experience. Applicants must have knowledge, experience and a passionate enthusiasm for providing therapy in the outdoors.

Job Description
The Clinical Director provides clincal leadership, oversees clinical policies, supervises the clinical team, and participates in the admission screening of Evoke Cascades’ clients. The Clinical Director also facilitates clinical meetings and trainings, and works with the Program Director to ensure quality of care for participants and employees. As a Field Therapist the Clinical Director provides individualized treatment for an average of 6 clients per week in a wilderness setting. Other duties include psycho-social assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, clinical documentation, discharge planning and follow-up, 1-hour weekly phone calls with parents/guardians, and regular communication with families, educational consultants, team members, and other professionals.

The Evoke Clinical Director must have a Master’s or PhD degree and be a licensed psychologist, a licensed clinical social worker, a licensed professional counselor, or a licensed marriage and family therapist. The Evoke Clinical Director must have at least 5 years of therapy experience working with adolescents or young adults and prefer two years of management experience. The Clinical Director must have knowledge and experience demonstrating competence in areas of case management, program leadership, marketing, and personnel management.

Compensation & Benefits
A competitive salary is offered commensurate with experience and qualifications.
