Program Assistant for Evoke Intensives


Evoke Intensive’s Program Assistant performs basic administrative duties such as answering phones and emails, filing, and document preparation, while also assisting in program planning and implementation.


  • Provides administrative support for the Program and Clinical Directors as needed; including compiling and sending bulk e-mailings, answering phone calls and participant inquiries, and preparing advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation documents as assigned including manuals, brochures, reports, budget documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assists in the execution of logistics for programs; includes making reservations for off-site programs, physically setting up and taking down for each program, preparing paperwork and ordering materials, and assisting in the development of program evaluation tools.
  • Supports marketing initiatives; including managing communications through media relations and social media, representing the business for program-related matters, and assisting in the creation of promotional materials.
  • Cultivate positive employee relations; including supporting and creating recognition initiatives, and designing helping materials to ensure better communication and company-wide understanding of the program.


These qualifications include Evoke expectations, and local, state and federal requirements. Additional requirements may apply. The Program Assistant has a BA or BS degree or equal training and experience in a related field, and meets local and state policies regarding criminal history. He/she has prior program administrative/assistant experience. He/she has strong oral and written skills, a professional and pleasant demeanor to meet with our participants, exceptional time management and organizational skills, sharp attention to detail with an extraordinary ability to multi-task. This role requires some physical labor and those applying should have the ability to bend, climb stairs, crouch, kneel, reach above the shoulder, squat, sit, and carry 30lbs. This position also requires a substantial amount of office work and applicants should be able to proficiently use a computer. The Program Assistant will be required to have a valid Driver’s License.

Pay Range: Base pay starts at $17.00/hr DOE, position is benefitted
