Job Description & Responsibilities

The Evoke Cascades Parent Coordinator is responsible for being one of the primary contacts for all Evoke parents. The Parent Coordinator is responsible for communicating with all Evoke parents on a timely and frequent basis to ensure they feel supported during their child’s stay at Evoke. The Parent Coordinator is also responsible for administrative tasks related to Evoke parents, participants, and programming.

  • Coordination of new arrivals to Evoke
  • Communication with Evoke parents and educational consultants
  • Management of Evoke parent portal and online resources
  • Parent mentor and family reference programs
  • Parent workshops
  • Coordination of letter writing
  • Participant files and records requests
  • Coordination of family visits and transitions
  • Gathering program feedback and reviews
  • Administrative duties and assist Evoke leadership as assigned


  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be skilled at working with families under stress
  • Must be able to define priorities, multitask, work independently, manage details, and maintain a professional attitude
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and computer literacy, specifically Apple products
  • Prefer at least two years customer service experience in an office environment
  • Prefer in-depth knowledge of Evoke Therapy programming
