Lead Therapist

Job Description

Evoke's Therapy Intensives are for Individuals, Parents, Couples, and Families. Our Intensives help participants develop awareness about the impact of their history and their present-day challenges and relationships.

Evoke Therapy Intensives also hosts Professional Growth Retreats are for professionals working in the therapeutic and recovery communities. During these retreats, participants will work on issues related to their roles in these fields, while also addressing relevant issues from their personal life that may be affecting their ability to maintain a healthy, balanced relationship between work and home.

The Lead Therapist works under the direction of the Clinical Director to provide treatment using the foundations of Attachment Theory. The person in this role is an integral part of our team as they work with referring professionals, lead and monitor client progress during Intensive sessions, and create a welcoming environment for all participants.


  • Facilitate group and individual sessions and monitor client progress.
  • Provide therapy based in the principals of Attachment Theory and Experiential Therapy.
  • Create a treatment plan based on each client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with other treatment providers.
  • Participate in training and personal development opportunities as required.
  • Provide feedback to employees.


  • MA or MS degree in a human services field (Psychology, Social Work, et. al.) or equal training and experience in clinical training required
  • Three years of experience in Psychotherapy and a familiarity with Experiential Therapy such as Psychodrama required
  • Ability to work independently as well as with an assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to quickly assess, identify, and develop clinical objectives while facilitating therapeutic sessions
  • Ability to pass a background check (BCI)

Hospitality Coordinator

Job Description

The Hospitality Coordinator is at the forefront of the participants' customer service experience. This position provides participants with above-and-beyond service to ensure that their experience is welcoming and authentic. If you are someone who loves enjoys a job where every day is different and who wanted to make a difference in someone's life, please apply! The Hospitality Coordinator is a part time position. Evoke Therapy Intensives are multi-day programs that run 1-3 times a month. Programs run from 2.5 to 4.5 days each. This position is required to be on-site, 24 hours a day, for scheduled programs. We are seeking someone who is available to commit to working 1-2 programs each month.


  • Greet participants upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
  • Make guest feel welcome and anticipate needs before they arise
  • Assign rooms and escort participants to accommodations; assist with luggage
  • Prepare meals for participants and staff
  • Take an active role in ensuring facility is properly maintained and appropriately used
  • Ensure Program Director and Clinical Director are kept aware of relevant feedback from participants
  • Respond in a courteous manner to participant complaints and concerns
  • Keep common spaces neat, orderly, and stocked with supplies
  • Clean facility thoroughly after guest departure
  • Remain within budget and observe budgeting practices


  • High School degree or GED required
  • Two years experience in a customer-focused industry required
  • Ability to pass a background check (BCI)
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of hire
  • A driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Consistent and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Calm, efficient, and organized with a great attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-talk and problem solve while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
  • A love of people and the ability to connect with others with different backgrounds
