Administrative Specialist

Evoke Entrada is a leader in wilderness therapy for adolescents, located in Santa Clara, Utah. We are seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist. Please see the following job description for more details.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the office
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email
  • Carry out duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning
  • Manage our student’s curriculum program and work closely with our teachers and field instructors within this capacity
  • Oversee, track and enter data for our research study

Qualifications

  • BA or BS or equal training/experience in a related field
  • A least one year of administrative experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
